Shop Policies and Frequently Asked Questions

PAYMENT:
Payment is accepted through PayPal as our secure payment method providing protection for both the buyer and seller.
SIZING:
All items labeled as “Newborn” are designed for the average sized newborn baby in the first 2 weeks, weighing approximately 7 – 9 pounds. Items labeled as “Sitter” or “Milestone” are sized by months. If you are unsure of what size to purchase, please contact me prior to making your purchase so we can determine proper sizing together.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns or exchanges are not accepted since the items I sell are wearable and often custom or made to order.
TURN AROUND TIME FOR ORDERS:
Throughout the shop, you will see some items listed as “Ready to Ship” and some that are available as “Made to Order.” Here is a little bit about what that means.

It is important to remember that shipping transit time is additional and depends on the shipping method selected (First Class, Priority and Priority Express). Delays caused by the Post Office are beyond my control.
“Ready to Ship”:
Items listed in this category are finished items that will ship with my next Post Office run – typically within 1-2 business days unless otherwise discussed. Please feel free to email me to discuss specific shipping dates for these items.
“Made to Order” and “Custom Orders”:
Current production time for these items is approximately 3-4 weeks from when you place your order until it ships out.
SHIPPING:
Please be sure that your address is correct with PayPal since that is the address where your order will be shipped. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested.

All shipments will have Delivery Confirmation so that they can be tracked. Please note that sometimes the tracking information is behind depending on how often the USPS updates the current information available on the package. If you are given a “track” option in PayPal, that means that your item(s) is on it’s way and the only current shipping information that I have to track the package is the same as you can view through the “track” option.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All duty fees or taxes incurred at customs for INTERNATIONAL packages are the responsibility of the customer. Due to legalities, we cannot mark packages as gifts or lower their value. If you are in a country that has high customs fees, we suggest you order items separately.
